Yawn! It''s early but we have an appointment with Sarah from GOG at 10:30a.m. and we''re at least three hours away. Will give a full review when I return this afternoon.

So far, the customer service has really been excellent. E-mails responded to almost immediately and everyone I have spoken with on the phone has been informative and proactive, really great first impression. Wish me luck!
