Hi ladies (and gents?)
So...
Yesterday I got a phone call from one of BF''s best friends who lives far away (totaly a great guy btw).
He said he heard that a friend of a friend''s grandmother said that BF and I had gotten engaged a few weeks ago.
He was calling to see why we hadn''t told him yet.
Well we''re not engaged, so there''s that.
BF comes from a small town, as are all of his friends, so there''s quite a grapevine!
One of BF''s other friends just got engaged recenly (another top-notch fellow) so it was probably a garbelation of that news.
Realy gets a girl thinking though....
(I''m pretty sure he''s saving up, but I don''t think a question is popping any time soon.)

This past summer I had picked out a ring that I liked and then showed BF. He then told all of his friends about it! It was kind of an expensive ring and I hope his friends don''t think I''m a total b*tch for wanting something nice.(My tastes have since gotten less expensive) So it could also be some sort of odd reverberation about that too.
