It has been a long time since I posted.....

I am currently looking at a 3.54 GIA O/P VS2.

Personally, I like a little warmer diamond.

Can someone give me some suggestions of what should I be looking for to make sure this stone will not be yellow in certain lights.

GIA:

10X10-10.000X5.85

Faint fluorescence,
Very Good Cut
Good Polish
Good Symmetry

Thank you!!!

O/P is not just a little warmer in certain lightings. It's warmer in most lightings. You've to view one in person to see if you like it. It's a lovely color range if you can accept it for what it is. If you're looking for an example, I think there's one that shows warmth O-Q range on JBEG. It's a round in a halo. However, I still think the one on JBEG looks slightly less warm as compared to the few O/P I've seen.

That stone is going to show its color more, merely based on size alone.
And you're fairly well down the color scales that skews light yellow at O/P.
An ideal cut can help mask some color (but we don't have that here) - so can the right metal/setting, but the likelihood of that stone not showing some tinge of yellow is pretty low.
It just depends on what you're comfortable with. Can you clarify more of what you're looking for?
