Oh gosh, that whole experience with opening this thread was so much fun! I love the whole process of getting the package and finding what''s inside! I wouldn''t have the patience for scissors. I just rip the box/envelope open while I foam at the mouth!

Your spinels are a lovely shade of pale cotton candy pink. Are you planning on getting them cut?

They are definitely my cut of tea.

I just adore it!! And it's a good thing because Barry and I had started talking about it in September, and he cut it in October (I think) and he's been teasing me with descriptions of it every since then. He loves the dispersion on it. I wasn't able to catch it very well with the camera, but because of the super neutral color, the colors just explode out of it.

glitterata, I'm thinking just in a really simple solitaire in white metal. However, I'm considered rose gold too. What would you do with it?

Freke, you sneaky thing! I posted too soon and I didn''t even realize that you had an extra surprise! I had a feeling it was a spinel, but I wasn''t sure. But I LOVE it''s diamond-sapphire-bluish-purple sparkle! It''s so purdy!
