I''m a newbie here so forgive me if I''m posting in the wrong place.
I''m looking for a ring that is NOT the traditional round shape. Stuart Moore and JFA Designs are two designers I''ve discovered who use an anatomical or trapezoidal shape to their rings which I like very much. Can anyone name any other designers who do this kind of thing?
And in a related question, is it possible to modify an existing ring to this shape? I mean, can a simple round band be beaten into this shape, polished up, etc. ? The rings would be platinum.
I''m on a very tight budget. I think the Stuart Moore design is beautiful but I cannot afford $1000 & change for a simple wedding band (no stones). The engagement ring & stone are, of course, even more.
Thanks,
Hans
