Newbie Oval help

Can anyone please give me some advice on the following stone? All the specs look great. I know you can't go by that alone. Is this too good to be true?

I have been looking for an oval with these specs
H or better
SI1 or better
2.7-3+ ct
med or less fluoro
ratio around 1.4
must be eye clean

I am very bowtie sensitive so it must have very minimal bowtie effect
Ideally I would like to stay at 25-30K.

Can any one help with what I'm looking for?

OP - check out Augustvintageinc.com. @Rhino has beautiful Opulance ovals, cut for optimal performance and no bow tie. Also check out his instagram, one of his latest posts shows the opulance oval in action. It's amazing!

The price is not shockingly low, if that is what you mean by "too good to be true." It looks to be about average of price and cut.
