Hi all!
My fiance and I are recently engaged and on an engagement ring search. We're thankful for the education we have received while scrolling the forums of PS and are hoping you guys can help guide us further.
Specs:
Budget $5000-$7000
0.80 carat - 1 carat range
eye clean
H/I and up
Ideally a vintage cushion cut (brilliant) but not sure if this is possible in our price range? Definitely want a great cut diamond so willing to budge on other areas to get this. We've met with a couple local diamond brokers but were a little discouraged on their lack of cushion knowledge.
We've looked through some PS vendors' inventories, but aren't confident making a selection based on the images and specs alone. In person we might have a better chance but we live in Vancouver, Canada, so visiting isn't possible.
Any help or suggestions you can provide to us beginners would be much appreciated.
