New sub-forum description. Part1

I thought it would be fun to tap into the brain power of the awesome Pricescope members to create the descriptions for the new sub-forums.

These threads will only run for approximately 3 days each.

Up first is the: "Beauty and Skincare Chat" sub-forum.
I am looking for a bit of fun, not too corporate, but still search engine relevant.
Using AI I came up with this, but I know you can do better!
I would not want to go much longer than this and if we can go shorter that's awesome.

"Explore beauty trends, bridal makeup tips, and skincare routines for your big moments. Share product reviews, style advice, and looks that shine alongside your jewelry. Connect with fellow Pricescope members for beauty inspiration that elevates your glow."

I have plenty of keyword suggestions for you, but I would have to charge. ;)

I’ll give you one: “Crash Out Here”
 
In this sentence, "Explore beauty trends, bridal makeup tips, and skincare routines for your big moments", I would delete "for your big moments."

The "big moments" are few and far between whereas many us want healthy and beautiful skin every day. So the "big moments" might exclude a large part of the market.

And besides, bridal make up and big moments make up is usually left to the professionals. The client merely says "I want to look like this" and then it's on the make up artist to achieve the look.

What the regular woman wants to discuss is "where can I find liquid non-transferable long lasting lipstick that won't feel like glue on my lips".

I'm still looking for the answer to that question. :lol-2:

Could we also include cosmetic procedures that aren’t surgery? Is it possible to state if you don’t have anything positive or helpful to say to please keep your opinions to yourself. We lost a much loved member a few years ago due to this.

If you are asking about beauty products or procedures no one needs to hear that other members believe in aging naturally or to be put down because you wear make up. We all know true beauty starts from the inside.

We can make a forum rule and sticky a thread about it.
It can only work however if people act like adults and be kind.

We dont have a problem with anything being discussed that's related.
I don't think we can cover everything in the description.
If you have any ideas for a better more inclusive description please share. :}
 
Maybe instead of including cosmetic procedures in beauty there could be a subsection for Body Modification -- surgeries, piercings, tattoos.

When it takes off we can think about separating out different areas.
It has to prove its being used first.
We could provide prefixes. They are like you see in preloved before a thread "For Sale" or "WTB" for example.
Being a guy I have no idea what ones would be needed however.

I'm thinking, tats, piercings, cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, elective (elective being gastric bypass & whatev doesn't fit into the other 4 such as vaginal tightening which could be considered cosmetic but who wants to post pictures of that and yes, I deliberately included that because I knew it would make you glow as red as Rudolph's nose).

Cosmetic procedures (which will capture everything from laser hair removal and microblading to cosmetic surgery)
 
Oh wait, I seem to have lost the plot. Avondale is on the right track.

Cosmetic Procedures is on the long side and one word is better unless they are short is just Procedures ok?
