This is an estate ring but I think the middle diamond looks more modern. Can you tell by looking at some videos and pictures I took?

I agree with EC8. It looks like an Early Modern Brilliant cut. I think it’s almost definitely original to the setting and therefore vintage.

I’m going to guess 1930s, Google 1930s diamond rings and you will see the setting style is similar. Other diamonds in your ring surrounding central diamond also look like Early Modern Brilliant cuts. This is a really pretty ring!

I really thought the center diamond was modern because it’s so bright white and sparkles more like a modern diamond. I can’t see any inclusions with my loupe. It really is a gorgeous ring. It’s a hand me down so I don’t really know anything about it.
