new/old diamond watch

Hello everybody, I had decided it was time to buy myself a little gift since it had been awhile and I found this little lovely on ebay for a steal. The seller listed it as a Ollendorff, 1920s white gold watch with diamonds, I have not taken it to a jeweler yet but I louped it and it is marked, the stones look good, tiny, I am not good with cuts but they look like the ones on the Perregaux band and those are singlecuts.
