New halo setting for 2.8ct round

After about a year of my solitaire, I realized I just am not a solitaire girl. I missed the extra sparkle of additional small diamonds and decided to custom halo my ring in order to match my wedding band. A local jeweler did the work and I love it and the look of having a set that goes together again. At the moment I'm having trouble with the pictures, but here's a link to the original and then a few shots of the new setting. When my phone decides to play nice again I will try to add some profile shots.

Thank you so much for all of the kind feedback. I was quite apprehensive if it would be too much for my taste, but I am just loving the additional sparkle. I started off years ago completely anti-halo, and now I just LOVE them on all types of stones!

wow, that's a j/k? confirms what I'm going for: biggest K I can get to max out my budget, lol. I'll probably follow you trajectory, first simple solitaire, then halo or 3 stone (get 2 stone enhancer to fit around the solitaire) when the itchies start for a change!

Go for it, luvdajules! I have never had any problem with the color of my stone and even next to stones of a higher color (i.e. halo) think it's just fine

OMG it looks beautiful in a halo setting. There are a few times I regret not going with a halo too but nice to know you can always reset it later on if you change your mind.
