Hello, what do you think of this ASET? Could you tell me why the lower part look blurry?

This is a 1.52 ct G VVS2, table 63%; depth 65%, excellent polish, good symmetry
THANK YOU! still searching for my perfect emerald cut.

The GOG stone is nice and bright. Have Jon make a video for you of that one, compared with the 1.5 I keep posting for you. He'll do that for you at no extra cost. Looks like an exceptional stone.

The JA one (#1) looks like it could be tilted. I don't know what's going on with that one. If it's NOT tilted, it's better than average... can you post the link to the video of the stone. I would be helpful to see how the facets function and flash.

Thanks much Gypsy! I love the gog as well but that's a 2ct IF, totally out of budget. I'm looking for Sth about the same quality but around 1.6ct.
I also watched GOG's Video on YouTube that includes the 1.5 you recommended!

For the other ASET, if the stone was tilted when they shot this image, does that mean it's not a good one? Since one has to tilt it to get that shiny effect if the variation of green red blue.

It seems rather difficult to find an EC of similar quality as the GOG 2ct :(

tilted means ask them to retake the ASET

This one is above budget: http://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/emerald-cut/1.70-carat-g-color-vs1-clarity-sku-191611 But I've had my eye on it for a while. I don't know how much stretch you have in your budget.

Perhaps you can simplify the setting you are considering and increase the stone budget?
This fits my budget but I still prefer more rectangular. Actually the ASET with black ground is from JA.

Why again do you now want this one? http://goodoldgold.com/diamond/11447/ if you've seen the video of it, is there something that turned you off about it?
The YouTube told me it wasn't the best option.
Wouldn't take chances dr below VS2 and G. Thank you GYPSY! It's just so hard, I have almost exhausted all online sources I could find :(
GOG will be my last option cuz it seems their price is a bit higher

Gypsy....I was told that the first one was not tilted when it was shot....I doubt that as it looks out of focus
crown height is 11.1%....a bit low...

OK. So if it's not tilted and the crown height is around 11%. It's not in my 'OMG you MUST BUY THAT" But it's above average. It has some obstruction head on. So you have the link to the listing of it? I'd want to see the video. (I still think it's tilted too).

I REALLY recommend you, just once, listen to me and ask if this one is eyeclean because it has a good chance of being so: http://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/emerald-cut/1.54-carat-g-color-si1-clarity-sku-30401 if it is, there is no risk and you should get an ASET of it.

OKAY? Just, for once, listen to my advice.

Here is the video of the 1.52ct http://www.jamesallen.com/loose-diamonds/emerald-cut/1.52-carat-g-color-vvs2-clarity-sku-286919

JA told me I only have one shot to request 3 diamonds altogether...they won't do it if I ask for a second time...

Ahhh, I see I didn't know that you had hit your 3 ASET maximum.

Okay so the video actually matches the ASET. I'm not a fan. That uneven way it lights up makes it look lopsided. I wouldn't buy it.

BIG THANKS GYPSY!
according to JA, ASET is a ONE time courtesy for 3 stones max, but I only selected two...
