need some advice

I have a .73 RB that I would like to get made into a 3 stone ring with two heart shaped diamonds on the side.I think heart shaped would look just like trilliants but with a more cohesive sparkle effect..all about the same.in the way they sparkle.most of the time trilliants are too shallow so I thought this was a good way to remedy the problem..Is their a way to set the hearts so the indention at the top part of the heart would not show..anyone have any photos of this or any advice...thank you so much..laya

Well, a heart without the indentation is a pear! Have you considered pears? RB's flanked by nice fat pears make me drool. And heart shaped diamonds might be a little too cutesy as you get older? Then again, maybe not!

I''m with Independent Gal. RBs with pears are BEAUTIFUL!!! I very seriously considered a ring like this when I was shopping.
