Need setting for EC Rubellite w N/S EC or Baguettes or Traps

Calling all setting sleuths! I am on the prowl for a stock setting to fit an 11 x 7 Rubellite, emerald cut center stone. I was hoping to find a stock setting as close as I can get to this one I saw in a window at the Waldorf Astoria in NYC. Any help would be much appreciated.

I've not seen a stock setting like that and recently had to have one made from scratch by a local jeweller.

I'm sure others will be along soon and we have some super sleuths who can find almost anything! Etsy is a good place to find pieces as well - have you looked there?
