Need Help with this stone !!!

Hello

First time engagement ring shopper here , I would appreciate any suggestion or opinion on this stone.

Its a 1.12 Carat, H, SI1, AGS000 Ideal Cut. HCA Score = 1.0, Price = $80XX





So I have two questions here :

1. Should I be too worry about the inclusions ? The vendor states its eye-clean, but I would like to know if it would be a deal breaker

2. Is price decent ? Can I do better with the money I am paying for ?

Please provide any suggestion or opinions, thank you all very much !

Looks fantastic.... Can you get a picture of the diamond to try and see the inclusions running across the table? SI1 can go either way, but it'll likely be "eye-clean"
