Need help with sidestones for engagement ring

I am very confused on this topic on how similar they need to be and typically are. I have found another stone I belive to be very close and I was hoping someone could tell me if that is as close as I can get or if I should keep looking.

The one I want .37ct vvs1 GIA 2126715490

I appreciate any help given I cannot reserve the other stone long so quick answers will be appreciated.
