I''ve been researching for an upgrade diamond for awhile, trying to educate myself as much as possible.
Just wondering if there are any online vendors that provide actual pictures, or idealscope images to their customers before they purchase a diamond. I''m struggling with making such a large purchase with only seeing the cert.

Has anyone out there dealt with a company that provided pictures? I bet it''s tough when most of the diamonds are in a virtual inventory.

Thanks for your help!

Whiteflash has their own stones (ACA ans ES) that comes ready with all the info.
Ditto with GOG and JA and Wink (Infinity).
All 4 can call up virtual stones and give you the additional information that you seek (IS, ASET, Sarin, the works).
ERD has real stones too but he doesn't do the IS and stuff (but will send a real pic of the stone). Nevertheless, he has very experienced eyes and has not steered anyone wrong.

hi love,

Ask, and ye shall receive!

Goodoldgold

Whiteflash

and

James Allen all provide the info you want and need!

I''ve personally bought from GOG and WF, they''re both great to work with.

If, after you find one, you''re still not sure, just post about it, we''d be glad to help you.

Sorry, repeat!

of course there are! most here wouldn''t even think of buying a diamond without pictures and at least an idealscope image

try using this search https://www.pricescope.com/sift.aspx it weeds out the virtual stones (which have no useful information available)

Welcome!

Ditto everyone, sticking to in house diamonds will make your search easier, and the info you need will be readily available such as Idealscope images etc.

blast - double post

Thank you all for your replies -- I''ve been a nervous wreck over this purchase. I have a diamond on "hold" at BN, but I just can''t buy something for thousands of dollars without some kind of "real" picture. I emailed Tim at GOG and WF yesterday and reached out to ERD today. If we do purchase something, I would love to post it as I value all of your opinions and have learned so much from this site.... Thanks again

You are welcome and wise to research your purchase as thoroughly as possible, especially when the info you need is out there with many vendors. Good luck, if you need any more help don''t hesitate to ask and keep us posted!

I tried Belle''s link - but it said "No Diamonds Found". Are their new "in-house" diamonds coming in all the time?

Yes! Just tell them what you're looking for.

We will definitely help you, I understand your apprehension.
