Should I be worried about the crystal on table?

Hi, Sorry but I would definitely look for another diamond. Even though JA is 20-25x's magnified with their virtual loupe, you would still see this black crystal in the center of the stone. There are plenty of SI1's that are eye-clean that you would be much happier with.

Maybe look for an SI1 or SI2 with while inclusions so they are not as easy to see?

I would skip that one as well!

I don't like seeing black inclusions...I would find something else. Even a white inclusion that you can see 1 inch away from the diamond can be okay one foot away.

This might be worth having evaluated - most of the inclusions are twinning wisps, which are typically not visible except under magnification: www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/J-SI2-Ideal-Cut-Round-Diamond-1431051.asp It's a hair above budget at $4,680, but it's 1.07 ct. 1.4 on HCA.

ETA: If you scroll to the end here http://www.goodoldgold.com/4Cs/Clarity/InclusionGallery/,, you can see that twinning wisps are a special kind of inclusion that can often result in an eyeclean stone despite showing lots of inclusions under magnification.
