I've been looking towards purchasing an antique ring. I have a few options but I can't decide which is best. I narrowed my choices down to the top 3. :cry2::kiss2::mrgreen2:

2 of them are from Estate Diamond Jewelry. I purchased my first ring from them. They were delightful to me. The other one is from Lang's Antique and they look like a good company as well.

Please tell me your opinion...

I like the one from Lang best. It seems to be the finest of the three in terms of craftsmanship as far as I can tell from pictures. I have purchased from Lang a while ago and had a great experience with them

The other two are beauties as well, not an easy decision :D

I like the first one best, followed by the Lang. I think ChanterelleJ is right about the Lang looking like the best craftsmanship of the three. They're very different styles so good luck with your decision! Please come back with photos when you've decided. =)2

I like the 1st one the best with the Lang ring second best. I sure wish it came with a GIA or AGL report. If you choose it, do you think you can get the return period extended so you could get one done?

I like the second one the best out of the three. I don’t really like the stone in the first one, and the third one is too busy for me. The third one is the least engagement-ring-like, if that means anything, though I’d totally wear engagement looking ring on my right hand...

Good luck!!

I like the style of the Narbonne ring and its central stone’s faceting the most - it’s got nice petals and a distinct star round the edges. Then the Edwardian one from Lang’s and the Salford ring last. They’re all quite different looks though. What do you like about each of them? Are you looking for a RHR or an engagement ring?

I like the first one the most but I agree the detailing is much better on the Lang’s ring.

I like the Narbonne and Lang settings best, with slight preference for the Narbonne. The Salford is nice but I don't like it as much as the other two. From the static pictures at least, the Lang diamond looks like it has a pretty central facet pattern. I can't really tell about the outside facets, but that's probably because I don't have enough expertise to notice and/or because the static photos aren't capturing it well. The Narbonne also looks like it has a pretty facet pattern. The Salford facet pattern doesn't look as nice as the other two, but again, that may be due to the nature of the photograph and/or my inexperience. I would ask for videos of the rings, or look in person if that's at all feasible.

Good luck with your search!

The Lang ring is my favorite, though all three are beauties. The first is a close second.

Late to the party (Italian Christmas dinner is no joke!) but just wanted to second pictures of the ring you did go with.

Did you end up choosing a ring?! With antique/vintage rings, sometimes waiting means missing out... I’m curious if you’ve found the special one, or are still on the hunt!
