I am picking in between these four diamonds, I am looking for the best quality and best light performance. There is one from HPD that is a bit out of budget but with a bigger size and crafted by infinity cut, which I heard is considered the best when it comes to diamond cuts. Is it worth the extra money for the cut and size? Which one will you pick?

Does super ideal cut really make a visible difference when it comes to light performance comparing to an ideal or excellent cut? Are AGS cert better than GIA when searching for the best diamond?

Are you stuck on clarity and color? I see from the listings that color is either def and clarity is overkill especially with a small diamond. Personally, I prefer to go down on clarity as long as it is 100% eye clean and when purchasing an excellent cut round brilliant diamond you can go down to H/I color and it still is very white. This way, you could get a larger carat size. What is most important to you? That is the question.

HPD guarantees all their diamonds are eye clean, even the SI1/SI2. So you don't need such high clarity, especially in a smaller stone. These stones also face up whiter bc of cut, so I wouldn't feel forced to sticking with D/E/F.
