Need help in determining who makes this necklace???

I am trying to find who the designer and value is for this necklace. It is 18k yellow gold (tested) and diamond (tested). It has a registered trademark symbol on the back. Can you please help??? Thanks

Is that a B hallmark? Looks like something similar from Brian Gavin but I can't tell.
