No expert here, but I can give you my opinion.

I excluded the first due to it facing up much smaller than it should, too deep.

Either of the other two would be very nice. You''d want to make sure the 1.40 is eye clean, if so, that''s a great (and rather rare) size. The second one has a bit better symmetry, but that''s splitting hairs and either would be great.

The 1.4 would be fabulous if the inclusions are acceptable. Otherwise, I''d choose the 1.20 H VS1. Both are great stones! (The first one is great but smaller than the other two, so I''d eliminate it for that reason.)
