Need help identifying ring maker.

Hi everyone,
Can anyone help me in identifying the maker/brand of this ring? At the very least can someone name this sort of style and the features associated with it? Other than it being a 4 prong solitaire ring, I don’t know much else about this.

Like what are the little bits around the base of the prongs that wrap around the ring called? Sleeves? Collars? Accents? My girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) really likes this design and I was hopping to find this or at least get more pictures of this style so that I can try to have it made.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Even if you'd prefer to order through a local jeweler, you might find it useful to show them Marlow's price in your negotiations (Stuller's print catalogues give a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for each item, but leaves it up to the retail jewelers to decide what to charge, so it can definitely pay off to shop around & ask if each jeweler if they "can do better" for you.)
