Need Help Finding Perfect Emerald Cut

My friend is looking to buy a ring for his girlfriend, but he needs help finding a good quality emerald cut. She only likes emerald cut shape and we are having a hard time finding one at his price rage with the size she wants.

Budget is $10K – 11K

Carat Size: 1.70 – 2.00

Color – H or better

Clarity – VS2 or better

We will consider any reputable vendors recommended by Pricescope.

I don’t know anything about emerald cut, but this one seems nice with the inclusions off to the side:

I would be interested in others' views on this one - seems cheap for the spec (F vs H stones at the same price?) and the crown facets seem to be doing that '3D' thing and pulling the pavilion reflections up and out of the stone? but I'm not sure if it has less bright white light reflections, therefore perhaps majors more on virtual facet reflections than direct light reflections??
