Need help finding and choosing a Montana Sapphire

Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a Montana sapphire to go in an engagement ring. It needs to be oval shaped and around 4 by 6mm or 5 by 7mm to fit into the setting I like. I could really do with some help and guidance from you all. I have a budget of up to around 650 dollars. I really like the lighter stones which are mint coloured/ bluey green/ aqua.

For a light saturation, imo the best bang for the buck can be found here. Note, however, that the return policy is not generous.
