Need help choosing loosing diamond for engagement ring

I have narrowed down my diamonds search to two diamonds. Both of them are Excellent cut, G color, and HCA1.7

(a) Carat: 1.00
Clarity: VS2
Cut: Excellent
Polish:Excellent
Symmetry: Very Good
Fluorescence: Strong Blue
Table: 60%
Depth:60.1%
Crown:34
Pavilion:40.8
Culet:none

(b) Carat: 1.01
Clarity: SI1(checked to be eye clean)
Cut: Excellent
Polish:Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Fluorescence: Strong Blue
Table: 60%
Depth:60%
Crown:33.5
Pavilion:41
Culet:none

I don't have access to the real diamond pictures, so it is really hard for me to decide between them. Which one do you think is better?

Thanks! It is my first time reading the article... The pavilion angles of these two diamonds are within the range 40.2 and 41.2, which is okay. But is it still risky to consider those diamonds?

BTW, I checked the girdle. Both of them are medium to slightly thick.
