Need an opinion again

I have a solitaire engagement ring that is .75. I am looking for a wedding band. I think I am going to go with an eternity band. My question is what weight would best compliment that size of solitaire. I''m looking at one that is about 1/2 carat, is that too much? Should I go with 1/4? Thanks for your thoughts

I don''t think it''s too much at all. I base that on experience. I have two 1/2 carat eternity bands, one goes on either side of my solitaire. The ones I have are full prong set (not channel, shared prong or other), and each has 33 stones. So they are just over 1 pt. each. I wouldn''t want to go smaller than that. The rings are 1.5 mm in width. I vote for the 1/2 carat size.

Personally, I think the half carat e- band would be fine.
