Discount non EGL USA certs by at least a color or a clarity grade. Israel by around 2 to get a market value.
Do a search by EGL from the front page and make your own assessment about the level of trust and service you think the vendor is offfering.

EGL Antwerp is off by 2-3 grades most times. Most reports are not worth the paper they're written on.
