I''ve put a deposit on a stone today.
wanted to ask you guys if I paid too much.

1.41 Carat
GIA EX/EX
F Color
VS 2

59 Table and 61.9 Depth.

Don''t have the Crown nor the Pav angles.

The Diamond looked very fiery.

Paid $9500.

Could I have done better ??

Let me know guys.... I''m getting bit nervous if I made the right
choice.

That's no bargain. I hope the cut deserves a 10% premium, but it is hard to tell without more detail. You should be able to get a very nice cut (evaluated as such) for this price, and the only way to tell wether the sparkle is better than other diamods is to line a few hundred of them up. Fortunately, some standards may save some of the effort... if you really are after the best light return out there. Otherwise, why spend extra?
