NEED ADVICE! Need side view of this design!

Can I please ask your help yet again?

I am trying to find a side view of this ring style, in order to figure out if it sits "high" or "low" on the finger. If anyone has any e-rings similar please share with me! My new 5 yr upgrade depends on this!
