I currently have my eye on this diamond... the basic specs are great! However, the proportions do not fall into optimal ranges. Any thoughts what this diamond would lack or potential issues it may have?

It is priced at $18,500 including setting. Worth it?

GIA Triple X, 1.9 carats, H, VVS2

Crown height is low and is a chipping risk coupled with the thin girdle.

So, no. It's not a good stone. You want a crown over 33.5. And preferably not a thin girdle.

Not to mention, it's shallow with a huge table too. Diamonds like this remind me of a tack.
