Need a inexpensive custom jeweler

I know alot of you on here get custom work done, so I need your help please. I found a ring I like but want a few modifications done to it. I found the stone already so I just need someone to make the mounting. I'm not sure yet which metal I want, white gold or platinum. So which jeweler would be a good one to go to without spending a small fortune? I will attach a pic so you know what I'm looking for. Thank you

I wanted to have the band be the same thickness all the way around and not taper at the bottom. As far as price I didn''t want to spend any more than 1200.00 for the mounting.

For a simple design like that, I would think there are several who could keep the setting under 1200 in white gold--I don''t know about platinum. My first choice would be Brian Gavn Diamonds. I would contact Sally at HeartofWaterJewels on Etsy.com. She has done some really amazing pieces for many people here, and she can easily make this setting for you at prices way lower than most of the other vendors. She doesn''t work in platinum though, only in white gold. She can probably do it for a few hundred dollars, and believe me, you won''t be disappointed with the quality of their work.

I am pretty sure if you tell a jeweler the modification you want to that ring they can find you a stock setting to fit the bill...and that will significantly lower the cost.
