Natural Clarity Enhanced and Laser Drilled??

I saw a natural diamond online for an amazing price. But, in the description it said it was "natural clarity enhanced and laser drilled"

What does this mean and would I want to buy a natural diamond that has had this process done?

I wouldn't.
Its resale value is around zero.

They fill the hole they drilled with gunk that may not be permanent, especially when exposed to heat during setting.
