my tiffany novo is too big!

hi guys -

my boyfriend proposed tonight with the ring i''ve always wanted - a tiffany novo! it''s big though

even after he had it resized. does anyone know if a jeweler can put something around the band for quick fix to tighten it up? i don''t want to have to ship it back to new york, especially since i just got it! thanks!

Yes, there are inexpensive sizing bands the can quickly clamp on to help out.

Mine is too big too by 1/2 a size. I wrapped that cloth medical tape around the bottom, just a thin strip. Nobody notices it (they''re more interested in the other side of the ring!)

It''s a good temporary fix and the cloth tape is so cheap

I think that is a good temp fix, since you don''t want to part with it just yet. But eventually you should get it sized for your hand! Any photos??

I have found this to be an issue, because my fiancee has bought me anniversary bands, in the past, not knowing which finger to place it on. I use a product called "snuggies" from an accessory store called Claire''s or Ardenes. They are awesome---they are little rubber pieces that attach to the underside of the ride--hardly noticeable! Good luck!

I used these to stop my ring from spinning, until I finally sent it back to have sizing beads put in. They were pretty comfy and a good temporary fix!

I have used the inexpensive metal ring guards and the cloth tape...I would use the tape over the guard though, they can scratch up your ring!
