I just liked it. The photos are not good, but I never took photos of bracelets. It is 18-ct gold and diamonds. As you can see, diamonds are near-colorless and VS clarity.

Thank you, Marcy! This is my second "classic" bracelet with gold and diamonds, and I feel slightly insecure posting it. People who saw it think it is gorgeous, but they are not collectors. The support of fellow PS-ers means a lot to me.

oh my goodness now THAT is a STUNNING diamond bracelet. When I saw the pictures I definitely thought it was 22k gold though if not higher! oh wow!! what is the carat weight of the diamonds? Sorry if you already posted it!

it is 18 Ct but my appraiser thinks it was plated 22ct to look yellower. The stamp says 18 ct though. He is going to appraise it but the gold alone costs a lot! He says it is a hefty thing and the diamonds are well-cut. This is the one I bought for myself, I like it and I like the way the diamonds are matched. I have only one classic bracelet, antique and I love it although the diamonds in it are grey, but it is a dainty thing and I get many compliments on it. Other bracelets that I have bought I never wore. This one I am wearing and it is a good match for my gold-and-platinum necklace that I bought from Bailey Banks and Biddle when they were closing.

Wow, it looks great on you!

It looks very, very much like the way they re-vamped a lot of platinum & diamond Art Deco watches in the '80s- soldered yellow gold rope on all sides of the watch just like this piece. Was it made like this originally or was the twist rope a later addition? Whichever, it's lovely!

The bracelet is with my appraiser. I have not taken it back yet but according to him, the diamonds are great and the gold is at least 18K. I asked him to test it, since I am going to keep it and a small mark would not bother me. I like it very much.
