My LOVE for DUG knows NO bounds! Who else LOVES DUG!!!

Hi there! I''m sure u guys have all watched UP! I watched it in the theater and the moment I saw DUG I knew I was a goner. I absolutely ADORE dogs (I have 2 liver and white springer spaniels!) and what''s better than a talking dog!!! Hi there! Squirrel!

My favorite part is when he''s on the porch and Karl? Carl? opens the door and Dug says I was hiding under the porch because I love you. can I stay? Awwww oh! And also when he''s like can I tell u a joke, and he talks about how a squirrel doesn''t have acorns to last thru the winter and so he dies and he says the joke is funny cuz a squirrel is dead! Haha. So I guess I have 2 favorite parts. Haha I dunno I just LOVE dug!!!

what are your favorite parts? Do you guys have dogs too? Don''t u think dug reminds u of ur dog! Dug reminds me of livi, my chunkier springer, she''s laid back and just kinda always has that goofy tongue hanging look. LOVE IT!

I LOVED Dug. I loved Up and Dug was a huge reason for this. His thoughts are exactly what I would expect my border collie x kelpie pup to be thinking at times.

Ditto - the highlighted part was my favorite too. Dug is the cutest!

Funny tho, my dog, emma, (her pic is in the what kind of dog thread) she LOOOOOOOVES her elizabethan collar. I mean she loooooves it. She had to wear it because she cut her paw open a while back and I was worried to put it on her. But the moment I did, she lit up! She prances around like she has a crown on her "princess" head with her head all held up high. And she jumps up and down and barks with delights when she sees that collar coming out.
So once in a while, even tho her paw has long been healed, I let her wear it around.
I would let her wear it all the time... Haha but she likes to bump into my calves with the collar and it hurts like a mother! I also think she likes it cuz she beats her big sister, livi, up with it. Hahaha dug

I didn''t even know who you were talking about until opening this thread. My kids love the movie and we''ve seen it about 5 times (guess that isn''t too many).

My fav character is Kevin, though, with his blank-eyed look. lol

We just watched this movie the other day, and that part definitely made me go ''awww''. Dug is super cute

U have never seen UP? If u lived by me, I would plop u on my couch with a cup of hot cocoa and we would watch UP together! Its so good, but then again, all disney and pixar movies are good. I think my DH likes it cuz of the relationship between carl and his wife. Its so happy yet so sad...

Anyway, u gotta atleast watch it for DUG! Hahaha and KEVIN is funny too! And RUSSEL! I love them all, but DUG is the greatest. Haha he''s so fat... I love it!

Our dog is name Duke....kinda close to Dug...does that count? We love Dug. Dug was the best part of a fun movie.

Our dog is a black lab, and has that same goofy intensity...but about food, not squirrels. Oh, and of course, he LOVES his master. It isn''t ME. But I AM pretty good for food, so he likes me OK, just doesn''t worship me like he does my husband.

JD and I laughed a lot when we watched Up. Trapper was looking thru the Kmart ad (hello? He''s not yet 3, so I''m confused by this haha) and he spotted a tiny picture of it, and informed me "I yike dis pease".
