My (hopefully) "no more chemo" diamond

Well, my husband and I wanted to do something that commemorated the end of my 12 rounds of chemotherapy. There were many ideas tossed around and I finally settled on one - a diamond upgrade. So, please meet my new diamond:

I will be having it set into my Van Craeynest engagement ring after Larry makes some alterations to it - it needs to have the head refitted. I''m a little nervous about the reworking, but the people at VC are true artists and I''m sure it will come out wonderfully.
