My CADs from JbEG - three stone OEC bezel ring

I got my CADs in today. JbEG put together everything I wanted just perfectly! I thought I'd share the CADs with you all. I've been communicating with Erica. She's been quick to answer any questions and has been a pleasure to work with. The ring will be a size 4.25 with a 1.04-6.53mm center and .73 combined weight sides-4.4-4.5mm (pictures of my diamonds are posted in timeless classics for those who are curious). The shank tapers from 2.8mm to 1.4mm at the base of the bezels. I can't wait to see the final product!

Thanks for the compliments everyone! The ring will be in 18kt gold. I wanted the option to wear it with different colored gold bands so that's why I went with gold. I plan on wearing it solo most of the time as I think it is substantial enough to stand on its own but it's always fun to switch it up! I was worried that I went too large with the center stone for a bezeled three stone ring with my ring size but it looks perfect!

Thanks D&T! It really is a swoon-worthy profile. The proportions are PERFECT. I contacted JbEG and sent pictures of a platform three stone bezel ring but I also loved the Julia bezel ring and was interested in which direction to go in with my size diamonds. All of the Julia rings I looked at were set with huge rocks so I wondered how the scrolls/flourishes would translate with a smaller diamond but I think it really makes the ring! I think they did an excellent job of interpreting my wants and desires into a lovely design.

I hear ya! I like a ring that has interest from all views, it just seems more complete to me. A lot of three stone bezel profiles seem to just be after-thoughts -- function over form instead of a marriage of the both. I think this would make a great engagement ring or right hand ring. I bet it'd look great with a colored stone center or sides.

I'll make sure to be a good pricescoper and take tons of pictures once it's in my hands!

We were shooting for the 10th because I wanted it for when my mom comes to visit me. I don't know if we'll make that deadline now as it's fast approaching and I've just approved CADs. Also, I had FEDEX overnight shipping and my package took two days to get there for some reason. I held my breath until it got there! I was worried that it had been misplaced because I've never had overnight shipping delayed before. I would love to get it sometime before my mom leaves(the 14th) but if that doesn't happen I won't be shattered. Of course I'd love to have it on my finger right now though lol. I'll just have to browse JbEG's gallery to tide me over!
