Picked up my ring this afternoon, I've tweaked it a few times over the past 2 months between travels. i used steel wool this evening and rubbed off the satin finish 
I like it better now! I do wish the band was fully rounded, rather than half rounded and flat against my skin. The current setting, to me, makes me feel like I have costume jewelry and fake. Is this just me?
Last week I was in Paris and found several antique styles that I could see my stone in, love the Edwardian/Victorian floral clusters with mixed metals! So fun!
