hi gypsy...not a big secret. I am just working on my eternity band and getting quotes. I really love the Tiffany band the best b/c I love the basket setting but the pricetag is just insane. So, I figure I will have to go custom to be able to afford it. I''ve seen several of the 7 stone tiffany bands on ebay or signed pieces and for a pretty good price, but I have my heart set on a full eternity so I need to just wait and get what I want.

Oh that sounds lovely. What''s the total carat wieght you are going for?

I will probably do 10 pointers, so just under 2 carats total weight. It should be about 3mm wide which is wide enough for me to wear as a stand alone ring. I also recently purchased a Vatche royal crown setting that will hold a 1.5 round stone. the width of the e-ring is 3mm too and I think the 10 pointers would compliment that size stone nicely.

That should be a very pretty and classy combination MrsS. I love that Tiffany style basket setting and the Vatche is so elegant. I am sorry that things didn''t work out with your last ring.

I came here looking for an eternity band, and bought one from Facets.. I love it , but dang it all, so wish it was the basket style like Tiffs. I am psyched you are going for this, such a smart, chic and sophiaticated look. Classic and elegant to boot.

Going custom is a smart way to go, just have lots of pics. Yay, for a great project in the works.
