I specialise in outrageous!
I have a crazy shoe (Jeremy Scott Addidas) collection and some wild jackets.
Jewellery wise I have my Chameleon ring and my ultimate Costume Jewellery necklace.

Hmmm...I don't think I have anything outrageous in my jewelry box. I'm quite boring when it comes to jewelry.
The most outlandish thing in my wardrobe is probably a pair of thigh high boots. I'm pretty short so when I pull them all the way up, they come up to my groin. o_O It's too early to take pics now but I'll post them later if I remember!
What about you?

If by outlandish you mean whimsical then it would have to be my Christmas cat leggings. :)

I love my thigh high boots. But on me they aren't super high. I would love to see yours. Here's mine. :)

I’m not sure I have anything “outlandish” in my wardrobe or jewelry box that I wouldn’t wear! I never buy things I won’t put on.

I have some strappy and clingy crop tops and tiny shorts - those are pulled out for beach vacations.

I have black leather shorts - those get worn the same way a leather skirt would (leggings, cropped pullover, ankle boots - all in black; with a brightly coloured scarf for a pop of colour).

I had a huge skirt with feathers on it - it’s started looking worse for the wear so I gave it away - but I’ve definitely worn it out for dinners.

On the bling side everything I own that is “outrageous” by western standards is just traditional Indian bling so I just wear it for events in India. Though I did once wear a pair of those earrings out to lunch abroad, but because polki (uncut diamond) doesn’t look like brilliant cut diamonds, I’m fairly sure most people thought they were costume.

So I can’t really play along!!

Whoa that's right on topic! Hadn't seen a pendant like that before. What's the story behind it? Did you get it yourself or was it a gift? Do you wear it often?

Those look so good on you, missy!!!

Okay, so funny story. I haven't put these (or any heels for that matter) on since last year...and I must've gained some pandemic weight because I can no longer pull them past my thighs LMAO...but here they are. I have a few that go just past the knee as well..

I stumbled upon it trolling eBay.
I made an offer and got it.
It’s super fun when I’m in the right mood!

My mom's neighbor bought my adult daughter a pair of those leggings. The placing of one of the cats was rather unfortunate though.... :oops2:

Aww that's too bad. I love wearing them around the holidays. The Santa Paws leggings.
And I have other specific holiday cat leggings... St Patty's (rather, St Catty's) Day, Halloween and Fourth of July cat leggings to name three more. I also have cat leggings that are not holiday related that I enjoy wearing all year. Cosmo cats. They are all a lot of fun.

Thank you and I love these on you @xsouzie!
I adore all my over the knee boots and IMO they really finish an outfit well.
I love wearing the OTK boots with my shorter dresses and also with my leggings and tunics.

I only have the one pair (I shared in the photo) that is over the thigh though on me and obviously it is much lower on my thigh than your over the thigh boots. They look great on you. :appl:

My warmer weather wardrobe consists of very bright and colourful Hawaiian shirts from Jamsworld, shorts and black Crocs.

When I volunteered as a marshal at a charity event recently, a friend who was one of the organisers, joked that they gave me a high viz jacket to tone down my outfit!

When I was in Monteverde, Costa Rica there was a glass blower shop in the downtown strip. The artist sold, among other things, little glass pendants of different Costa rican animals. I bought a sloth, a hummingbird, and a quetzal. I think those are as outlandish as I get

EBay is definitely excellent for stumbling upon things one didn't even know one needed! That's a good find.

I'll probably end up posting something from eBay for this thread as well - not exactly outlandish, but it was an antique brooch that to this day I've no idea why I made a bid on. :???:
