Monogram proposal box - first or (to be) new last initial?

Title says it all - I am thinking about picking up one of the ever popular velvet ring boxes with a monogram option. Question is, since this will be used during the proposal, should I monogram it with her first name initial or my last name initial? Or keep it blank? Thanks in advance for your thoughts

Safest options would be blank or her first name initial I think. If you know for sure she is going to change her last name then the last name initial would be great too. But I probably wouldn't assume she is going to unless she has said that she wants to someday
