I took a picture of myself the other night while I was waiting for my friend and her husband, our designated driver, to take us to the concert. I call it my Freke picture, because it reminds me of the ones you post where you took a picture of yourself. I will go send it to myself from my laptop and post it. Me and my friend at the concert. On the lawn with lesbians on each side wondering if we were lovers or merely friends. I told them, "Are you kidding me, if we were a couple, I''d be the one with the diamond studs and huge bling on each hand.!!" We had everyone cracking up. It was good times and Melissa Etheridge was inspirational. Us being silly with my HIP-pie self and my penchant for anything with a peace sign.

SDL!!!!! I found some cheap Union Bay shoes to wear to the Fiesta party on Sunday night ( at Burlington Coat Factory) to go with the white dress I showed you. I had a matching whatever shrug that I didn''t really wear much because I was a dancing queen again. Good exercise, the way I dance. ...it was perfect with the shoes.

And last but not least, I picture taken by a girl who had too much to drink and couldn''t keep her finger out of the picture. My daughter, me and my niece. I look much better when I do my own makeup thankyouverymuch. And my hair should have looked like Palin''s, but meh, thank the lord for photoshop experts.

I will get a hold of the wedding proofs and have magic performed.

I am geared up for Sunday''s Home Opening. Carne Asada...check. Trolley time target...check. M3 tailgating...check.
Now, all I have to do is iron on the helmet patches on the back pocket of my jeans and I am set to go. I got a really cool LT jersey purse/bag for xmas last year and it is also a big hit. I just hope we win.

This year we were able to get tickets in our group for my niece, who has never been to a game, and one for her hubby, so we are ready to rumble.

I need to hit ebay for some new and exciting cute shirts to wear this season. Last year we were able to buy some cute tee''s for 3 for $10 and get some cute iron on patches from ebay so we could make our own cute girls shirts. We ended up selling a bunch of them for $15-20 dollars, even though they cost us a whooping $5 to make. It was our bar money.

GO CHARGERS!!!

Although I have to admit I got Brady as my QB in my fantasy football draft so I am hoping that the thought of rooting for the enemy will at least help me in my league. I just love football season.

Oh no Miracles! You must be upset about Brady''s injury. I too am upset but that is because I am a die hard Patriots fan

(trapped in Philadelphia... can''t stand the Eagles). I had first pick in my draft and I took LT. For a while I was regretting not taking Brady because our scoring system works in favor of productive QBs. Now I am glad that I resisted the urge to draft my favorite players and go for a solid fantasy gold RB.

Yep, very upset about Brady, but only because of his being my Fantasy Football QB. It''s wierd, I always said karma would come back to kick the Patriots in the bum, but I obviously didn''t it would happen this year or I wouldn''t have picked him. I do feel bad for Brady though. LT didn''t do you much good this week either. Boo... I hate fantasy busts. My Defense brought me all of 3 points, and my benched rookie brought in 8 more points than my starter.

So I am hating it right now. I am down 6 points and have two playing tonight and so far I haven''t gotten a point. I need 7 to wi my match up. It''s painful to think that I could have had this match up wrapped up if I would have gone with my first instinct and started the rookie.

I do have season tickets. I have had them for years. It''s one think I won''t give up as long as I can afford it.

If you ever want tickets for a game, let me know, because we actually have a set of 6 through our friend and many times they don''t go and I can get them for you at face value. Good seats, under the overhang, no sun beating down on you ...or rain.

Phew!! Okay, good. This is good. People get them randomly all the time. Because for a moment there, I could have sworn someone was playing a joke on me.

On the bright side, several people in my office said nobody would honor it because they would think I was using someone''s card just to get a discount. How sweet. I need to remember to be extra nice to those people.

And to show you how Pricescope has changed me....today I was on the phone while sitting in the dental hygienist chair talking to a guy who was quoting me for the stage for the Kids for Peace event this month and I needed to call him back. Because I was calling so many vendors, I asked him what company he was with again, and he said "Platinum Rentals". I said, "Ohhh, I will remember that, that''s what I want to set my diamond earrings in" We all laughed.
