Micro Pave / Melee - Costs?

Does anyone know were I can get costs for a couple of:
1.25-1.75 Ideal Cut/Round - F/G

I'd like to put better quality stones in a man's wedding ring.

Do you mean something around 1 point to 2 points? I don't think a 1.25 ct stone is considered melee sized. I'm not sure if Wink still sells melees. Also, how are the stones currently set in the man's ring? If bezel set or gypsy set, the cost of the labour might end up greater than the stones itself.

1.25mm - 1.75mm
(I'm assuming that makes them 1-2 points)

I haven't pick the ring out yet. My preference is gypsy set.
