Merrymunky''s magnificent makeup mock up!

I just had my makeup trial and thought you would all llike to see the results. The makeup artist tried two very different looks on me, one on each eye, so I am only posting pictures of the look we are going with. I still have both looks on my face at the moment so I will have to take it all off soon!

One look was greys and smokey, one look is much more soft with pinks and purples. We all agreed to go with the soft pinks and purples because everyone is used to seeing me smokey and this will be a real change, but still pretty and me.

I will be asking her to put more eyeliner on the water line of my lower lids on the day though as I feel it doesn''t look quite right, but she said that would be no problem come the day.

I have to say, she was very god. She sat me down and I showed her photos of my in my dress, of me with my daywear makeup on and nightwear makeup, then some inspiration pictures. She actually got the look rather close to my favourite of the inspiration pictures...

This look really stood out for me even though it is very different to what I normally go for, so I am glad she has done a rather good interpretatioon of this look for me.

You wouldn''t know it, but the end of my nose and my chin were spotty as hell..well they ARE, but she has covered up well. So IF I have a breakout on the day I am confident she will concel it well for me.

I won''t post pics of the other look, because although I love it, I don''t want to dwell on it and change my mind, especially if others really like it too! haha

Thank you for the lovely comments everyone. I showed my FI and he liked it too...and also agreed that I should have a touch more eyeliner along the waterline of the lower lid.

He does like a dark and smokey look too so I guess I was onto a winner either way. He sees my eyes rather dark frequently though so I guess this would look will be more classic and timeless.
