Hey Everyone,
I am new here and just wanted to get some feedback on my soon to be hubby's wedding band. dan2_1.jpg
Here it is on his hand.

A closer shot with me holding it.

Do y'all think it is too big for his finger? Also, have any of you bought your hubby's a nice wedding band and then one for them to wear to work in (titanium, etc.). I think we are also going to get him an alternative metal band to wear while he is working so he will not mess this one up. I just hated to only get him an alternative metal one because most of them can't be resized, and I wanted him to be able to always have the one we actually got married with.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

Wow! That is blingy! An alternative one sounds like a good idea if he doesn't mind changing it when he needs to.

I think that's a clever idea - have one that's practical and one that's blingy - and have them both given at the wedding, so neither one is more "wedding" than the other!

That's pretty much the same thing we all advise women, right? Have the fancy eternity /pave/halo/ (insert delicate or ornate ring of choice here) and then have a simpler band for gardening, housework, work situations....

Clever lady!

(and awesome your man is willing to wear the bling- I'm impressed!)

My hubby does have 2, he has one with diamonds that he only wears when he is dressed up and then he has a titanium one that he wears to work. ETA we got the diamond band many years after we got married..when we got married he had a gold band and wore that for many years...

My husband has two bands and neither can be resized! One is gold with a pattern that cannot be resided. its our original. The other has a diamond pattern around it and its an anniversary band I got him last fall.

He wears the plain band when he plays golf and the diamond band most other times. I think if he had a band as blingy and diamondy as your husband's band, he would wear the diamond band only on dress-up and special occassions and would wear a simpler band most of the time. So I would suggest getting a nice plain (or not plain, but less blingy) alternative for everyday wear.

Cool!

Diamonds can be a boy's best friend too. :naughty:

nice!!!!!!!
