Hi all!

I''ve only posted on PS once. Lately, I''ve been spending a lot of time browsing the forums, and noticed the kinship many of you have developed. So, I thought I''d join in on the fun and become more active.

So, a lil about myself...

I''m a medical student, which occupies most of my time. I''m currently taking a break to regain my sanity and have spent a lot of my free time on PS.

BF and I talk a lot about getting engaged, which is how I ended up on the site. He''s in the process of saving money, but I''ve been given the green light to start looking at what I want. Just to warn ya, I already have tons of questions.

Something interesting about me: Both my parents are originally from the Philippines, but I grew up in southern WV. So, I''m an Asian American southern girl.

Guess that''s enough. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!

I''ve spent countless hours (an embarassing number in fact) looking at rings on PS. I debated between lots of pave, a lil pave, leon mege, michael b, rubies or not, solitaire or three stone...

(I''ve thought about posting a thread on all the ring pictures I''ve saved just for fun, but I don''t know who''s ring is who''s...)

Anyhow, I THINK I''ve decided on what I want: a rectangular 1.5-2 ct cushion with a small halo on a plain band...

With all the great stuff written about Mark at ERD, I was thinking of going with him
