can someone explain the order that the measurements go in:

what do these deminsions correspond with?

I would guess standard measurements of Lengthxwidthxdepth

Wouldn''t it be .05mm out of round or 5/100ths of a mm?

8.05x8.10 are the length and width across the top of the stone. The 4.93 is the depth of the stone or the measurement from the point to the table.
