measurements on the GIA certificate

What is the order of measurements for a diamond on the GIA cert? Is it WxLxD? Or another way around? I'm trying to compare which will face-up the largest (comparing rounds vs square cushions).

Actually on fancy shapes it's L x W x D

For example- a rectangular stone might be listed like this
7.63 x 6.10 x 3.75 mm
