Matched Pair. Earrings upgrade

Hello, dear PS addicts!

I own a pair of BGD studs of 1.4 cts and need an upgrade
I would like to use BGD upgrade policy and need to find stones that are at least G color, as my current studs are H.
There is quite limited availability right now on the web site, but still I found one pair that looks good to me.

Please, let me know if my choice looks good:

Do you think I would see a difference between 0.7 and 1 cts??? I don't want to be disappointed...If the difference is not that great, I would probably prefer to get 1.2 cts for a pendant.
